Our client is building proprietary models to keep up with the rising cyber threat enabled by AI democratisation. This is a deeply technical endeavour that, when combined with a lean UX, can be used by organisations of any size. Their proprietary tech, and the way in which they tune their models, allows for deployment flexibility meeting the requirements for even the most sensitive clients.

Length: 6 months with possible extension
Location: Stockholm on-site 3-5 days per week
Our client is a small team of top tier talent within ML and engineering based in Stockholm. They value extreme ownership, high velocity and low-ego collaboration. What makes their work rare is that they train their own family of models exclusively on their own data.
What we 're looking for
5+ years of building production systems, ideally at smaller companies.
Strong programming skills, applicable across the stack.

Build significant parts of our backend architecture and shape how we build.
Make architectural decisions that will live in the codebase for years.
Build scalable, maintainable systems that our future selves won't curse at.
Automate everything worth automating.
Use AI tools to move faster without cutting corners.
Ship features, measure their impact, and fix what breaks.
