Contexte

Dans le cadre d'un programme de modernisation de la gestion des identités clients, un grand acteur du secteur financier recherche un Architecte IAM / CIAM afin de définir et mettre en œuvre une nouvelle architecture de gestion des identités externes.

La mission consiste à remplacer une gestion actuelle basée sur Salesforce par une solution de Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), avec Microsoft Entra External ID comme solution privilégiée.

Missions

  • Analyse de l'architecture existante

  • Étude des solutions CIAM du marché

  • Définition de l'architecture cible

  • Réalisation d'un Proof of Concept

  • Définition des parcours utilisateurs (authentification, inscription, self-service, réinitialisation de mot de passe...)

  • Recommandations autour de la sécurité (MFA, Passwordless, Conditional Access...)

  • Analyse des risques

  • Documentation d'architecture

  • Gouvernance et conformité

  • Estimation des coûts et feuille de route de mise en œuvre
