Data Scientist - Senior

The Tribe Artificial Intelligence team is seeking a medior or senior Data Scientist with a minimum of 3 years' experience and a proven track record in developing generative AI applications. As a Data Scientist, you will need to have expertise in various aspects of Machine Learning. This role offers the opportunity to apply and enhance your skills across multiple domains:

• Tackle various business challenges by creating AI applications (virtual assistant, …) aimed at enhancing client experiences, empowering employees with superior tools, and automating and optimizing internal processes.

• Utilize a range of analytical methodologies (generative AI and predictive AI), including GenAI techniques & methodologies: Prompt Engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, speech-to-text, agentic applications, image generation and interpretation, NLP, and classical statistical/machine learning techniques. While we don't expect you to be an expert in all areas, you should possess strong expertise in core technologies and the ability to learn new methods as required.

• Demonstrate extensive experience in programming with Python and contribute to deploying AI applications in production using a comprehensive stack of tools.

• Communicate the fruits of your work directly to the top management.

Fluent in Dutch or French - English is mandatory

You have at least a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics or engineering.

Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply.

You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Science and Analytics.

• Domino, git, genAI framework: prompt engineering, finetuning, agentic (LangGraph, ADK, MCP, ...)

• GenAI Application for Finance
