Summary
The Delivery Lead / Technical Product Owner will oversee the Orchiestration Teams, ensuring effective integration strategies are employed for optimal value in financial crime prevention data management.
Main Responsibilities
Maximize the value of integrations built by Orchiestration Teams.
Execute the strategy designed by IIS Architecture.
Create and communicate Product Backlog items clearly.
Refine and visualize the backlog according to Bank/IIS practices.
Order backlog items to maximize team deliverables.
Maintain transparency and understanding of the Product Backlog.
Communicate Team PI Objectives and goals.
Collaborate with Architects, Product management, and stakeholders for agile delivery.
Support design solutions that meet architecture and stakeholder requirements.
Work closely with various departments including IIS Product Management and Architects.
Build platform governance with the Data Team.
Identify team-level risks and impediments to ensure efficiency.
Adhere to Bank Standards and guidelines in governance.
Engage in organization governance forums and communities of practices.
Work daily with Orchiestration Teams.
Key Requirements
4+ years experience as a Product Owner / Delivery lead / Project Manager in Agile and Finance.
Technical background in Java Microservices, SQL, Postgress, and APIs.
Experience in data integration.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to break down larger functionalities into sprint-sized stories.
Understanding of Agile principles.

POPM SAFe certification.
