Summary:
The Salesforce Senior Developer will guide the technical activities of the team in the newly established capabilities center in Pune, ensuring alignment with policies while leveraging a rich portfolio of Salesforce products.
Responsibilities:
Maintain existing implementations using Salesforce development skills, including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
Employ declarative solutions such as Flow and Dynamic Forms.
Transform business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using best practices.
Collaborate with Salesforce Technical Architects and Product Teams to provide estimates and implement solutions.
Support maintenance teams with incident management and technical advisory tasks.
Conduct technical gap analysis and develop design documents for complex solutions.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases to enhance platform usage.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related engineering field.
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Proven experience in Salesforce development best practices.
Knowledge of backend and front-end Salesforce development (e.g., Apex).
Experience with Flows, Dynamic Forms, and Automations.
General configuration skills using point & click solutions.
Understanding of release management best practices.
Proficiency in Salesforce API and data integration tools.
Knowledge of core Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud features).
Familiarity with Scrum agile methodologies.
Nice to Have:
Certifications such as Platform Developer 2 and Advanced Administrator, B2B Commerce or Experience Cloud.
Flow Specialist SuperBadge and LWC Specialist SuperBadge (mandatory).
Good client-facing written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience with Copado.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git.
