Summary: The Level 2 Network Operations Engineer is responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of the global network infrastructure across various technologies, with a focus on proactive monitoring and incident resolution to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Continuously monitor network services and infrastructure for issues.

* Supervise health and availability of LAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall, Zscaler, SD-WAN, and WAN environments.

* Investigate and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support.

* Execute service requests and work orders for network operations.

* Support daily network operations across global regions.

* Create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.

* Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support automation initiatives.

Must Haves:

* Expert level experience in Enterprise Wi-Fi environments

* Expert level knowledge of LAN and Switching

* Expert level proficiency in Zscaler solutions

* Expert level experience with Firewall technologies

* Expert level understanding of SD-WAN

* Expert level knowledge of ITIL

* Expert level experience in WAN and Underlay

Nice to Haves:

* Certifications related to network technologies (e.g., CCNP, CCIE)

* Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
