Wir suchen einen Release Manager (m/w/d) für die Steuerung und Koordination von Software-Releases in einem anspruchsvollen IT-Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Software-Releases

  • Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, Betriebsteams und weiteren Stakeholdern

  • Prüfung von Release-Unterlagen sowie Begleitung von Tests und Abnahmen

  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit notwendiger Ressourcen zum Release-Zeitpunkt

  • Analyse und Überwachung des Release-Verhaltens sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Störungen

  • Steuerung, Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation von Arbeitspaketen

  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Release- und ITSM-Prozessen

Dein Profil:

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (Muttersprachler oder Sprachlevel C1/C2 nach Europäischem Referenzrahmen)

  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich des Projektmanagements

  • Erfahrungen in der öffentlichen Verwaltung

  • Projekterfahrungen im Vorhaben KONSENS

  • Die Beherrschung der im Projekt eingesetzten Werkzeuge JIRA und Confluence, sowie der gängigen MS-Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Must-Haves:

  • Zertifikate im Bereich des Projektmanagements, z.B. Certified Project Manager (IPMA), Project Management Professional (PMI), Zertifizierter Projektmanager (GPM), Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM), Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA)

  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement

  • Erfahrungen in der öffentlichen Verwaltung

  • Erfahrungen mit dem Vorhaben KONSENS

  • Die Beherrschung der im Projekt eingesetzten Werkzeuge - Jira und Confluence

Rahmendaten:

  • Langfristiges Projektumfeld

  • Hybridmodell mit regelmäßiger Präsenz vor Ort in Düsseldorf

  • Start ab Januar 2027
