Wir, die emagine, suchen einen Senior IT Software Engineer / DevOps AI (m/w/d) für ein spannendes Projekt. In dieser Rolle entwickelst du moderne, datengetriebene Anwendungen, die Geschäftsprozesse intelligenter und effizienter gestalten. Zudem unterstützt du Teams bei der Bewertung der KI-Readiness bestehender Anwendungen und identifizierst geeignete Einsatzmöglichkeiten für KI-Technologien.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Softwarelösungen

  • Etablierung und Förderung KI-gestützter Arbeitsweisen im Team

  • Nutzung von AI Coding Assistants sowie KI-gestützten Methoden und Werkzeugen

  • Implementierung technischer Standards und Best Practices

  • Automatisierung von Tests, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation

  • Durchführung technischer Audits und Gap-Analysen

  • Übernahme von DevOps-Aufgaben im operativen Betrieb

  • Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Qualität und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung produktiver Systeme

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung

  • Erfahrung mit DevOps-Prinzipien sowie CI/CD-Prozessen

  • Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse und im Betrieb produktiver Systeme

  • Kenntnisse der Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • Erfahrung mit Frontend- und Backend-Entwicklung

  • Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen

  • Erfahrung mit Clean Code und Code-Refactoring

  • Kenntnisse in Testautomatisierung und Qualitätssicherung

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Entwicklungstools

  • Fähigkeit, Anwendungen hinsichtlich ihrer KI-Readiness zu bewerten

Nice-to-have:

  • Erfahrung mit AI Agents und Agent Frameworks

  • Kenntnisse im Context Engineering

  • Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Testautomatisierung

  • Kenntnisse von MCP-Anbindungen

  • Erfahrung mit Snowflake Intelligence

  • Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code (IaC) und Cloud-Automatisierung

  • Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Dokumentation in Confluence und Jira

  • Kenntnisse im Prompt Engineering
