A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Senior Solutions Architect would be:
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to capture and define functional and technical requirements.
Design solution architectures supporting enhancements to existing platforms and future technology initiatives.
Produce high-quality technical specifications, architecture documentation and user documentation.
Work closely with third-party development partners to ensure solution designs are understood and implemented correctly.
Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, resolving design and implementation issues.
Support solution testing, technical assurance and production rollout activities.
Deliver workshops and technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop data management strategies and recommend improvements to reporting and analytical capabilities.
Define technical processes and solution designs supporting new regulatory initiatives.
Evaluate emerging technologies and propose new technical solutions to address evolving industry challenges.
Ensure solution designs align with security, governance and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
Requirements:
7+ year's experience working as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect within complex enterprise environments.
Strong experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into solution designs.
Experience producing technical specifications and architecture documentation.
Ability to work with third-party development teams throughout solution delivery.
Experience providing technical leadership during software development and implementation.
Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience designing data management and reporting solutions.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
Experience working with SQL databases and Power BI.
Strong understanding of systems integration and enterprise architecture principles.
Experience presenting technical solutions to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Nice to Haves:
Telecommunications industry experience.
Knowledge of Voice and SMS network architecture.
Understanding of ITU-T Recommendations, ETSI standards and 3GPP specifications.
Experience within telecommunications regulation or working with regulatory bodies.
Understanding of nuisance communications, scam prevention technologies or fraud mitigation solutions.
