Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Embedded Software in C++

  • Zusammenarbeit in einem funktionsübergreifenden Team zur Definition, Konzeption, Erprobung und Freigabe von Features

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Zulassungsdokumentationen im Kontext der funktionalen Sicherheit

Must Haves

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder verwandtem Fachgebiet

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Embedded-C++-Softwareentwicklung

  • Verständnis von Embedded-Systemen (bevorzugt ARM Cortex M4/M33, STM32U5) inkl. RTOS

  • Solide Software-Engineering-Praxis: Unit Tests, Git, CMake-basierte Build-Systeme

  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher (Wort und Schrift)

  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit pragmatischer Entscheidungsfindung

Nice to Haves

  • Funktionale Sicherheit nach IEC 61508 (SIL) oder ISO 26262 (ASIL)

  • Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse: Python, C#

  • Erfahrung mit KI-Tools in der Softwareentwicklung (z. B. Codegenerierung, Code-Review-Assistenten)

  • Höherstufige Softwaretests (Systemtests, HW/SW-Integration) sowie Domänenwissen Gassensoren/Low-Power-Systeme

  • CI-Pipelines und ALM-Tools (z. B. Jenkins, Atlassian-Stack: Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)

  • Anforderungsmanagement: klare, testbare Requirements mit End-to-End-Traceability

  • Erfahrung in agilen Teams sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit externen Stakeholdern
