Für unsere Business Unit Insurance der emagine Gmbh suchen wir für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb einer unternehmenskritischen VoIP-Plattform einen erfahrenen Berater (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Linux, VoIP-Kommunikationssysteme und Automatisierung. Der Einsatz erfolgt in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld mit Fokus auf der Weiterentwicklung und dem Betrieb einer VoIP-Anwendung sowie der zugrunde liegenden Infrastruktur.

Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung einer VoIP-Anwendung

  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im VoIP-Umfeld

  • Unterstützung bei Architektur- und Infrastrukturthemen

  • Administration und Optimierung von Linux-Systemen (RHEL 8 / RHEL 9)

  • Betrieb und Betreuung von OpenLDAP- und MariaDB-Umgebungen

  • Unterstützung bei Master-/Slave-Cluster-Konfigurationen

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Eigenentwicklungen

  • Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen mittels Python, Bash und Ansible

  • Migration und Modernisierung bestehender Anwendungen (z. B. Python 2 auf Python 3)

  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Infrastruktur-Teams und Endanwendern

  • Dokumentation von Lösungen, Betriebsabläufen und Architekturentscheidungen

  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen IT-Abteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern

Must-have Anforderungen

VoIP & Telekommunikation

  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von VoIP-Technologien

  • Erfahrung mit:

    • Asterisk

    • SIP

    • SBCs (insbesondere AudioCodes oder vergleichbare Systeme)

    • Softphone-Applikationen

    • verteilten Kommunikationsanwendungen

Linux

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit:

    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8

    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9

Datenbanken & Verzeichnisdienste

  • OpenLDAP (idealerweise Symas OpenLDAP)

  • MariaDB

  • Erfahrung mit Master-/Slave-Clustern

Entwicklung & Automatisierung

  • Python ab Version 3.x

  • PHP

  • Bash-Scripting ab Version 4.x

  • Job-Control / Remote Job-Control

  • Git / Bitbucket

  • Ansible

  • Puppet

Netzwerk

  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis von IPv4-Netzwerken

  • Gute Kenntnisse von Routing-, Firewall- und Netzwerkzusammenhängen im VoIP-Umfeld
