  • Fachliche Drehscheibe zwischen Support, Service und Entwicklung; Eskalationen gezielt vorantreiben.

  • Tiefe Analysen durchführen und komplexe Kundenprobleme sicher reproduzieren.

  • Ursachenforschung inklusive Debugging und Log-Analysen; pragmatische Lösungsvorschläge entwickeln.

  • Klare Bugreports erstellen, technische Konzepte dokumentieren und Lösungen bzw. Best Practices ableiten.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Software-Teams, QA, Service und Support; Fortschritt transparent vermitteln.

  • Internationale Kunden und Teams unterstützen; zeitnahe Reaktion insbesondere auch bei hoher Priorität.

  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Supportprozessen, Tools und Dokumentation vorantreiben.

  • Kundenorientierte Kommunikation sicherstellen; auch Englisch; Wissensvermittlung im Team übernehmen.

Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im B2B-Software-Support (3rd Level).

  • Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Reproduktion, Eingrenzung und Ursachenermittlung komplexer Kundenbugs.

  • Tiefes technisches Verständnis von bestehenden Software-Architekturen mit Legacy-Anteil (inkl. Schnittstellen, Datenbanken, Infrastruktur).

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Debugging und Log-Analyse (z. B. LogViewPlus).

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Programmiersprachen C# und C++.

  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, klare, strukturierte Bugreports sowie präzise technische Konzepte und Lösungen zu liefern.

  • Kommunikationsstärke in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Entwicklungsteams und Abteilungen; komplexe technische Probleme präzise beschreiben können.

  • Hohe Kundenorientierung: verständliche Kommunikation technischer Sachverhalte gegenüber Key Usern und Support-Kollegen.

  • Belastbarkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise auch unter Zeitdruck sowie bei parallelen Tickets.

  • Sehr hohe Flexibilität, um bei kurzfristigen priorisierten Problemen oder Ad-Hoc Support internationale Kollegen professionell zu unterstützen.

  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Wissensweitergabe und Dokumentation von Lösungen sowie Best Practices.

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich/mündlich) für internationalen Kundensupport und Dokumentation.
