Summary: The Solution Architect position focuses on supporting digital transformation initiatives within the Wholesale Client Servicing department. This role is essential for enhancing customer onboarding and KYC processes by overseeing solution design and development while leveraging modern technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
Possess strong KYC and CDD process domain knowledge.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to evaluate technical product solutions.
Work with architects to define end-to-end solution designs.
Partner with architects to align interim and target state solutions with strategic goals.
Guide developers in implementing technical solutions following established design standards and methodologies.
Deliver code to production, supporting architecture aligned to microservice structures.
Oversee the complete software delivery process from analysis through to production support.
Guide the team in adopting design patterns and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Strong knowledge of application-level security and infrastructure design patterns.
Excellent application containerization knowledge.
Experience in front-end (ReactJS) and backend (Java server-side) technologies.
Proficiency in microservice architecture and REST API documentation.
Knowledge in database schema design, particularly in SQL and PostgreSQL.
Experience leading global engineering teams through production changes.
Proficient in architecture documentation tools like Visual Paradigm.
Strong knowledge of Google or AWS cloud and security architecture.

A flexible approach to delivery responsibilities.
Exposure to machine learning and AI concepts.
Understanding of network and infrastructure security.
