About the role
As an Events & Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of unforgettable events — where flawless operations meet strategic sales thinking. This role blends leadership on the floor with commercial insight, ensuring that every banquet, meeting, or celebration delivers exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth.
You will oversee all banquet operations while actively contributing to sales strategy, client relationships, and business development. From planning elegant events to closing impactful deals, your work will shape memorable moments and strong commercial results.
Life Inside the Hotel Group
Some days are filled with coordination and precision — aligning teams, reviewing setups, and ensuring every detail is in place before an event begins. Other days are outward-facing — meeting clients, showcasing venues, and designing tailored proposals.
In this fast-moving environment, you will be the link between operations and sales, balancing service excellence with performance targets and ensuring that each event reflects the Group’s hospitality standards.
What you’ll do
Event Management
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet and event operations
- Ensure consistently high service standards across all events
- Collaborate closely with Chefs, Event Organizers, and hotel departments for seamless delivery
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards
Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize banquet and event revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients
- Conduct site inspections, presentations, and venue tours for prospective clients
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities and encourage repeat business
- Manage each group and event from the moment the contract is signed through to the successful execution of the event.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Has proven experience in Event Management and Sales
- Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills
- Possesses excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Has solid knowledge of event planning, catering trends, and market dynamics
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and event management systems
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities
- Maintains a positive, solution-oriented attitude under pressure
