What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to HVAC-R products and applications
- Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs
- Enter and process sales orders accurately in our order system
- Coordinate with outside sales reps and OAMs on customer requirements and follow-up
- Resolve customer service issues, including order discrepancies, returns, and delivery questions
- Stay current on our HVAC-R product line
- Support pricing, quoting, and availability inquiries
- Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers through responsive, knowledgeable service
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or customer service (HVAC-R or related industry preferred)
- Working knowledge of HVAC-R products and applications, or a strong ability to learn quickly
- Comfortable working with order entry systems and CRM/ERP software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Team player with good judgment under pressure
