The Role:

You'll own the growth of our subscriber revenue end-to-end. This means understanding deeply what drives users to activate, engage, expand, and stay - and turning that into a multi-year growth strategy plus high-impact, cross-functional execution. You'll be accountable for core customer and revenue metrics across our subscriber base, from new-subscriber conversion through expansion and lifetime value.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the metrics that define subscriber growth: Activation, engagement, net revenue retention, expansion revenue, LTV, and revenue per cohort/segment
• Diagnose what accelerates or stalls growth across cohorts, plans, and usage - from onboarding drop-off to churn - and turn those insights into interventions
• Lay out a long-term strategy for GTM & revenue across acquisition quality, activation, monetization, expansion, and retention
• Partner with Product and Marketing to ship experiments across activation, lifecycle, pricing, packaging, upsell, and win-back, and measure their impact
• Identify and size new growth opportunities: under-penetrated segments, pricing and packaging optimizations, and expansion whitespaces
• Work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Data, taking end-to-end accountability for growth outcomes
• Build the processes to track progress and keep momentum strong
• Own growth performance reporting and present to leadership

What We're Looking For:

• 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally a mix of top-tier management consulting followed by a Growth stint or 5-8 years of high paced Growth experience
• Strong ownership, able to run a function, not just projects
• Growth-oriented mindset and sharp execution - comfortable building growth models, sizing opportunities, and running structured experimentation
• Excellent communicator who works seamlessly across functions and with leadership
