Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Based in Eden Prairie, MN, the Accounts Receivable Supervisor will lead collection efforts for a designated portfolio within our Accounts Receivable Shared Services team, which supports 36 businesses across the United States and Canada.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Be responsible for goal setting and performance management
- Direct work in a way to ensure payment on time of open A/R, minimize past due A/R and maximize overall DSO performance
- Interact with high level management staff at assigned businesses
- Lead regular meetings with staff and assigned businesses on performance-related objectives
- Raise awareness of management and leadership issues impacting overall A/R performance
- Exercise significant independent judgment and discretion in making decisions that will have significant impact on internal/external customers
- Coach and aid direct reports in their professional development
- Conduct periodic site visits to review performance with business leadership
- Participate in and is responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting requirements used by management and executive leadership

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Four years related experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Action oriented and results driven
- Periodic travel may be required at the discretion of Manager
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary/pay range for this role is $78,100 - $111,600 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
