Customer Service Representative

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and Sellers in Israel, maintaining professional and timely communication by phone and in writing.
• Manage customer inquiries and requests, ensuring effective follow-up and positive customer experience.
• Manage and maintain customer portals, ensuring information and transactions are handled accurately and on time.
• Own the end-to-end customer order process from preparing and managing quotations through order entry, follow-up, delivery coordination, and completion.
• Monitor open quotations and orders, proactively identifying issues, delays, or missing information and driving them toward resolution.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other relevant teams to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate across functions to resolve customer-related issues and ensure commitments are communicated clearly.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in relevant systems and follow established business processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the customer experience.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact directly with customers.
• Experience in customer service, order management, sales support, customer operations, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several customer requests and orders simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to following issues through to resolution.
• Ability to collaborate successfully with multiple internal stakeholders and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• University degree.
• Previous experience working in an international or multinational customer service environment.

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
