Job Summary

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and maintain master production schedules for assigned product families to support customer demand and business objectives.
Prepare and manage Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) inputs, monthly production plans, and weekly production schedules.
Monitor execution of production plans, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
Analyze backlog, current demand, and forecasts to effectively prioritize and sequence production activities.
Track production progress and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Evaluate schedule changes, delays, or interruptions and adjust plans to maintain delivery commitments.
Plan and prioritize manufacturing operations to optimize resources, improve efficiency, and reduce lead times.
Determine manpower, equipment, and material requirements to support production demand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sourcing, customer care, logistics, and engineering, to drive operational excellence.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process optimization, and the implementation of best practices.
Maintain accurate planning data and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree/ Diploma in related field with minimum 2 to 3 years working experience.
Practical experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of production planning concepts, capacity planning, and material
requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Ability to analyze data, prioritize work, and manage multiple activities in a fast paced
environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for analysis, planning, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience using Oracle or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
Exposure to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
Ability to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in planning and execution.
Experience supporting multiple product families or complex manufacturing operations.
