Redesignandvalidatecircuitsacrossanalog,powersupply,RF,andmicrowavedomains,includingbothdiscreteandIC-baseddesigns.
Evaluateandqualifyalternativecomponentswhileminimizingimpacttohardwarearchitecture,softwarefunctionality,andproductcalibrationrequirements.
CollaboratewithManufacturingteamstoincorporateDesignforManufacturability(DFM)improvementsthatenhanceproductquality,yield,andreliability.
Developproof-of-concept(POC)designsandprototypestovalidateredesignapproachesandgaintechnicalapprovalfromRFdomainexperts.
SupportPCBlayoutreviewsandcontributetofilter,analog,andRFcircuitdesignimprovements.

FailureAnalysis&ContinuousImprovement

Performrootcauseanalysisforissuesidentifiedduringverification,validation,andmanufacturingbuilds.
Applystructuredproblem-solvingmethodologies,includingfishboneanalysisanddebuggingtechniques,toidentifyandresolveproductissues.
Documenttechnicalfindings,correctiveactions,andprojectprogress,andcommunicateupdateseffectivelytostakeholders.
Developdebugtools,troubleshootingguides,andtrainingmaterialstosupportmanufacturingandengineeringteams.

ProductIndustrialization&ManufacturingSupport

Drivesuccessfuldeploymentofredesignprojectsintomanufacturingtomeetdemandandreleaseschedules.
SupportNewProductIntroduction(NPI),Ship&Ramp,calibration,andproductionactivitiesforRFTest&Measurementproducts.
WorkcloselywithManufacturing,FailureAnalysis,andQualityteamstoresolvetechnicalissuesandensuresmoothproductreleases.
ProvidetechnicaltrainingandongoingsupporttomanufacturingtechniciansandFailureAnalysisengineers.

ForThisRole,YouWillNeed:

Bachelor'sDegreeinElectronicsEngineering,TelecommunicationsEngineering,orarelatedfield.
1-2yearsofrelevantexperienceinhardwaredesign,sustainingengineering,orRF/analogproductdevelopment.
Freshgraduateswithstrongacademicprojectsorinternshipexperienceareencouragedtoapply.
Knowledgeofanalogcircuitdesign,powersupplydesign,andRFfundamentals.
Familiaritywithfailureanalysis,rootcauseinvestigation,anddebuggingtechniques.
AbilitytotraveltoAustin,Texas,fortrainingandcollaborationwithglobalR&Dteams.

PreferredQualifications

ExperienceinRFandmicrowavecircuitdesignwithinTest&Measurementproducts.
Exposuretoanalogfilters,active/passivecircuitdesign,DSPconcepts,andPCBlayoutdevelopment.
FamiliaritywithNI/EmersonRFproducts,calibrationprocesses,andTest&Measurementindustrystandards.
KnowledgeofBoardLevelBestPractices(BLBP)andAnalogDesignBestPractices(ADBP).
Stronghands-ontroubleshooting,analytical,andproblem-solvingskills.
Effectivecommunicationandcollaborationskillsacrosscross-functionalandglobalteams.
