In this role, you lead new production introductions, resolve manufacturing issues, identifies opportunities for yield & process improvements, drive cost reduction and productivity enhancement projects ensure compliance with safety & quality standards while contributing to a collaborative and innovative manufacturing environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Leads and/or participate in process development, optimization, training, qualification, and validation activities for New Product or technology transfers.
- Leads in yield improvement, root cause analysis to resolve product manufacturing failures & determine root cause, reduce scrap and improve quality
- Improves manufacturing efficiency through workflow, space, equipment layout optimization, cost reduction, process automation and digital transformation
- Manages new equipment set-up and equipment improvements
- Generate process equipment specifications and ensures all equipment are robustly designed for mass production particularly on safety
- Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing procedures and related documentation includingRiskAssessments (RA),Lockout/Tagoutprocedures (LOTO),SafeWorkProcedures (SWP),andEquipmentSafetyRequirements (ESR) for assembly & equipment processes.
- Creates and maintains Bill of Material (BOM) structure, product attributes, categories configuration, routing and any engineering related support.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis and problem-solving tools (Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, etc)
- Trained in Lean techniques, SPC, Six Sigma and Process Improvement tools
- Experience with automation, robotics, PLCs, welding or Industry 4.0 technologies is an advantage
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards
- Proficiency in computer skills - Oracle business system and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint) skills preferred
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production environments
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or other relevant certifications preferred
