Senior Software Engineer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Software Engineer to help design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support Industrial Automation products and technologies. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications while leveraging modern software development practices and AI-powered engineering tools. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern engineering practices and Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to the technical design, architecture, and implementation of new features, enhancements, and product capabilities.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to plan, estimate, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews and help maintain high standards for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while providing timely support when needed.
• Utilize AI-powered development and productivity tools to improve software quality, testing efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support engineering activities as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote software engineering best practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
• Experience using AI-powered software development and productivity tools.
• Working knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and software architecture concepts.
• Experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 8 to 10 years of relevant software engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience within the Industrial Automation domain.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with front-end development tools and libraries such as npm, webpack, and Material UI.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
• Exposure to modern DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery workflows.
