Shipping Coordinator

Based in our Tulsa, OK location, we are hiring a Shipping Coordinator to provide logistics support for our international shipping partners supporting Tank Management products within our Pressure Management (PRM) business unit. In this role, you will join a collaborative, high-performing team of supply chain and logistics professionals focused on delivering a world-class customer experience. This position is both vendor- and customer-facing and is responsible for coordinating and managing activities related to international and domestic shipping. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering to coordinate shipping requirements, manage priorities, and ensure timely and accurate execution. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
AS A SHIPPING COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Manufacturing to coordinate customer shipping schedules and ensure timely shipment execution
- Prepare export customs documentation and shipping quotes with ocean and air freight carriers; coordinate export documentation in accordance with international trade and freight-forwarding requirements
- Assemble documentation required for the successful export of international shipments, including Certificates of Compliance, Certificates or Origin, Commercial Invoices, drawings, Material Test Reports (MTRs), manuals, and other customer or country specific requirements
- Prepare Bills of Lading, shipping labels, and other required shipping documentation to support accurate and timely shipment processing
- Work cross-functionally with Tulsa and other PRM departments to coordinate logistics activities and ensure compliance with applicable trade requirements
For This Role, You Will Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or related field
- Working knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping procedures
- Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in a shipping office and dealing with a broad external customer base
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Oracle, TRAX, and TradeSphere experience
- Ability to read and comprehend Engineering drawings
- Prior experience with Oil & Gas pressure equipment
