If you are a Supply Chain Analyst professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting role for you! Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will be responsible to collect, organize, manage, and analyze data and processes across global sites. This Supply Chain Analyst role will optimize business processes and tools in ways that drive cost reductions, improve inventory, eliminate manual transactions, and increase supply chain productivity by reducing waste and inefficiencies. This individual will also work closely with other functional groups to better serve our internal and external customers.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Process Analysis & Integration: Gather and analyze processes globally, combine them based on stakeholder requirements, and present them for review and consensus.
- Documentation: Update existing procurement documentation following guidelines and communicate these updates to relevant stakeholders through various channels.
- Implementation: Implement these global processes across global sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency in execution.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Support and execute agreed-upon continuous improvement and innovation project ideas to enhance supply chain efficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 + years of experience in supply chain operations and data analytics
- Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics concepts, with an understanding of AI and automation tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience with supply chain functions, concepts, commodities, systems, and tools
- Good working knowledge on data interpretation & business processes
- Can provide data in an efficient and understandable manner
- Capable of simultaneously using various systems/tools to complete requests
- Beyond basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI and other business intelligence tools
- Above-average problem-solving and analytical skills

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $72,000-$85,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
