The Digital Tools Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing digital tools and business processes that enable efficient sales operations and user adoption across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business users, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure digital solutions meet business requirements, function effectively, and deliver value.
The analyst provides front-end support for sales-related processes, drives adoption initiatives for BTAB programs, participates in requirements gathering and testing activities, and supports quality assurance efforts to ensure the successful deployment of new features, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Sales Process Support
- Provide front-end support for internal and external sales processes and digital tool users.
- Assist sales teams and stakeholders with system-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and process guidance.
- Monitor and resolve user issues, escalating technical concerns when required.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
BTAB Adoption and Process Improvement
- Support BTAB initiatives by developing and implementing processes that drive user adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve adoption rates and user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and communication plans.
- Monitor adoption metrics and gather user feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate follow-up activities related to business requirements and implementation actions.
Requirements Management
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
- Assist in translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Track requirements throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.
- Participate in stakeholder reviews and provide feedback on proposed solutions.
Quality Assurance and Testing
- Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) testing activities for new releases, enhancements, and issue fixes.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
- Validate system functionality and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Document testing results, defects, and improvement recommendations.
- Work closely with development teams to verify issue resolution and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Serve as a point of contact between business users and technology teams.
- Communicate project updates, testing results, adoption metrics, and process changes to stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to support successful solution delivery.
- Promote best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives across digital platforms
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience supporting digital tools, business applications, or sales operations.
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement.
- Experience participating in QA testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), or system validation activities is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced English skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and Power Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of Agile project methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with change management principles and user adoption strategies.
- Experience creating training materials, user documentation, and communication plans.
- Experience working in digital transformation initiatives or enterprise technology programs.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or other enterprise business applications.
