In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Handling technical enquiries for entire portfolio: Industrial Automation, Factory Automation
• Creating, sending and tracking offers (quotations) based on customer request (Input from field sales, Sales Force, mail request, portal request) with an indication of price, delivery time and availability, within Delegation of Authority
• Providing technical service assistance relating to application problems with our products installed in the field; providing recommended solutions/corrective actions; ensuring all Customer requests are properly handled and closed to Customer Satisfaction
• Generating leads for sales force through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities
• Providing internal feedback regarding customer concerns, by gathering and analyzing the broad source of information collected through customer interactions
• Constantly maintaining and developing full knowledge of product portfolio; keeping update on new products and portfolio evolution: product range evolutions, new products introduction, obsolescence, replacement products
• Directly train and support the Customer Support employees of Customer Service to improve product and application knowledge.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University background or degree in a technical field or equivalent, or relevant experience within the industry
• Proficiency in Hungarian language
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Specific knowledge of Precision Fluid Control, Handling & Feeding, Controls and Software
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical/customer-facing role
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce
