Assistant Store Manager - Manchester

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support our store at Manchester Arndale, working closely with the Store Manager to be the main driver of sales, motivate our Sleep Experts, deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintain strong operational and visual merchandising standards, and confidently take ownership of the store when required.

What you will do:

• Motivate and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Understand customer preferences and make product recommendations, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Oversee administrative tasks, stock management, and shift coordination.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

What are we looking for:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a retail environment.
• Strong sales skills, with a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to interpret commercial KPIs and translate them into concrete actions that drive results.
• Constant pursuit of improvements in sales processes or visual merchandising.
• Fluency in English
