Business Operations Intern - (Italian Speaker)

What you'll do:

• You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of ecommerce operations in one of our Ecommerce markets.

• You will be the link between our operations teams (customer service, warehouse, delivery, planning, etc) and one of our Ecommerce market team, centralizing information and ensuring a smooth supply chain of our products.

• You will investigate, escalate, and follow through until it's resolved in case of operational issues

• You will monitor key performance metrics both on customer experience side (NPS, return rates, Trustpilot, etc.) and on the operations side (stock health, OTIF, forecast accuracy, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities.

• You will report customer experience and operations performance regularly sharing visibility internally.

• You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally.

Who we're looking for:

• This internship will start on 1st of January 2027
• You are studying or have graduated in business administration, media management or any related university program.
• You have a strong business sense or have gained first practical working experience in a start-up/fast-paced environment
• You have strong analytical skills and can learn quickly.
• You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently.
• You are available for at least 6 months.
• You are fluent in English and Italian.
• You are available for at least 6 months.
