Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Emplify Health is seeking a highly motivatedHR Assistantto join our team and play a key role in supporting our Employee Labor Relations team in La Crosse, WI!
You will play a vital role in supporting our HR Department while also handling key front desk responsibilities.
In this role, you will:
- Assist recruiting with completing I-9 forms, scanning background checks, maintain accurate personnel records, and triaging phone calls to correct staff and/ or departments.
What's Available?
- 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/ week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday days between 8:00am-4:30pm
- Location: Onsite - Front Street Office in La Crosse, WI
- Starting pay of $20.31 + more based on relevant experience!
What You'll Need:
- Associates degree in Human Resources or business related field
- 1 year of relevant experience in office or administrative setting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong customer service mindset and problem solving ability
