They focus on leveraging advanced technology to enable seamless digital commerce, presenting comprehensive payment aggregation solutions spanning Cards, Net-banking, UPI, and Wallets.
They are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join their team in Mumbai. In this role, you will combine business knowledge, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving to own product roadmaps, drive innovative features, and scale our core payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Conceptualize new features, design end-to-end product strategy, and execute successful go-to-market plans to launch impactful payment solutions.
- Client Implementation: Partner with enterprise clients to understand complex technical requirements and anchor the end-to-end implementation of payment services onto our platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate market intelligence into intuitive, scalable features.
- Client Relationship Management: Lead high-level product conversations with prospective clients, building and managing strong technical relationships.
- Documentation & Process Design: Define clear solution workflows, author precise integration interface documents, and communicate process notes to both clients and internal operations.
- Continuous Enhancement: Analyze system and payment workflows to drive service improvements and project manage multiple implementations seamlessly within tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Domain Expertise (Must-Have): 5 to 6 years of core experience specifically within the Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card products and payments industry.
- Education: Graduate / B.Tech / BCA, or Post Graduate (MBA / M.Tech / MCA).
- Analytical Rigor: A strong product sense paired with a heavily analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional conceptual thinking, analytical ability, and a proven track record of handling day-to-day task management and issue resolution.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to express complex workflows logically and succinctly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ownership & Drive: A proactive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment
