Descrição da vaga e rotina
- Qualificar e atender leads vindos de diferentes canais.
- Identificar oportunidades, conduzir negociações e efetuar fechamentos de contratos (perfil closer).
- Realizar acompanhamento de clientes e executar follow-up regular.
- Manter o CRM atualizado e controlar o pipeline comercial.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Experiência prévia em vendas em qualquer segmento.
- Perfil comercial dinâmico, comunicativo, persuasivo e orientado a resultados.
- Elevada energia, ambição de crescimento e proatividade.
- Habilidade para equilibrar assertividade comercial com escuta ativa ao cliente.
- Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Barueri/SP.
- Diferenciais: experiência em vendas consultivas e vivência no setor jurídico.
