We at Coforgeare hiring Senior Salesforce with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver scalable Salesforce Service Cloud and Communications Cloud solutions that support customer service, digital engagement, and service operations.
• Configure and optimize Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Digital Engagement (Chat/Messaging), Knowledge, and Agent Workspace to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Leverage Salesforce Communications Cloud capabilities, including the Industry Data Model, Enterprise Product Catalog, service processes, and customer lifecycle management, where applicable.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform automation to meet complex business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and solution architecture guidance, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, scalability, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define customer service strategies, chat workflows, agent enablement, and cross-cloud solution designs.
• Enable and support DevOps practices through Copado, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.
• Support user adoption through training, documentation, production support, and continuous platform optimization.
• Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases, Communications Cloud enhancements, AI capabilities, and emerging platform technologies, recommending improvements where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, including industry-specific capabilities and customer service processes.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Digital Engagement, chat, messaging, and customer support operations.
• Experience developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform declarative tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or equivalent Salesforce DevOps platforms, including CI/CD and release management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, data architecture, and governance.
• Ability to lead solution workshops, provide architectural guidance, and engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce Industry Cloud products.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, large-scale Salesforce transformations, and multi-cloud implementations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Industries architecture and TM Forum concepts is desirable.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Communications Cloud Accredited Professional, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable.
