You might have guest it - we’re looking for our next superstar Supervisor to support the Venue Manager in all things guest services. In this exciting role, you’ll engage and inspire the team to deliver a memorable guest stay. You’ll have a knack for creating passion about procedure and motivate your team to meet the ALH standard in our accommodation offerings.
A day in the life of a Guest Services Supervisor:
- Act as a role model and a visionary, creating excitement and enthusiasm around the guest experience
- Utilise your communication and leadership skills to inspire and empower your team to achieve ALH standards across guest service, cleanliness and presentation
- Promote a culture that is centred around safety and procedural compliance
About you:
- You are great with people, policy and procedure and feel passionate about providing amazing guest experiences
- You know how to deliver on the detail and ability to coach your team to do the same
- You have experience in the retail, sales or hospitality leadership world and the desire to be part of an organisation where you can dream big about your career
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
