Role Overview
We are seeking a HR Senior Specialist - Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. This key role will support our recruitment strategies by managing and enhancing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business units. The position focuses on sourcing, engaging, and securing high-calibre talent to meet the company's evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from vacancy identification to candidate onboarding ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using various sourcing channels including digital platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain recruitment data integrity and provide accurate reporting and recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance EnerMech's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and hiring quality.
Additional duties may include supporting other HR initiatives as required.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years recruitment experience, preferably within engineering, energy, or technical industries.
- Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment including high-volume and specialist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound understanding of recruiting best practices, employment legislation, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain clea data, and upt o date reports where required.
