Lead Generation Officer

The Lead Generation Officer is responsible for the day-to-day Lead Generation project, regarding the pipeline management of Large Accounts (MVs / LLVs) and the Key Accounts Sales team, under the guidelines provided by the Large Accounts Sales Manager, Company standards, policies, and procedures.
What will you do:
Processing of new sales prospects
- Outbound calls and written communications to generate new sales MV prospects, reporting updates, provision of supportive information for Sales
- Management of the Leads pipeline generated up to the point of client qualification
- Appointment management for the Sales Department
CRM Data Maintenance and Management
- Lead & Contact creation
- Opportunities management
Reporting
- Provide data and reports to help the sales team
- Client closed list support
- Ad Hoc reporting for Sales
Back- Office / After Sales / Key account support
- Client Communication
What will you need in order to succeed:
- TEI or AEI or equivalent degree preferred
- Relevant working experience specifically in outbound calls will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good planning and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle situations under stress
- Customer service oriented mentality
- CRM/ ERP software familiarization
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent command of the English language
