Job Summary :

Engineering Square is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development of Experience Cloud partner portals, consumer - lending solutions, and complex enterprise integrations. The role requires strong technical ownership across Salesforce architecture, Apex and LWC development, NetSuite integration, data synchronization, and CI/CD, along with direct client collaboration and mentoring of developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end - to - end development of Salesforce Experience Cloud partner portals, including site architecture, onboarding, self - registration, sharing, and security.

- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, asynchronous Apex, and Platform Events.

- Build and maintain secure, reliable integrations using REST, GraphQL, SOAP, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.

- Lead Salesforce - NetSuite quote - to - cash integrations covering customer, product, pricing, sales orders, invoices, and payment - status synchronization.

- Design API authentication, versioning, monitoring, retries, idempotency, and error - handling strategies.

- Implement Salesforce data extraction and synchronization with Snowflake, including data reconciliation across Salesforce, ERP, and analytics systems.

- Drive code reviews, automated testing, release readiness, CI/CD practices, and production issue resolution.

- Mentor developers, contribute to solution design, document technical decisions, and proactively manage delivery risks.

- Collaborate directly with US - based business, product, and platform stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 10 years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands - on delivery of at least one lending or portal - heavy implementation.

- Proven end - to - end Experience Cloud partner portal implementation experience using LWR or Aura.

- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, asynchronous Apex, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and Salesforce APIs.

- Hands - on experience with Salesforce - native loan or lease origination managed packages; Q2 Cloud Lending or Symphonix experience is strongly preferred.

- Strong integration expertise across REST, GraphQL, SOAP, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.

- Hands - on NetSuite integration experience using SuiteTalk REST/SOAP or RESTlets.

- Experience with Snowflake integration, Salesforce CDC or batch extraction, and data reconciliation.

- Proficiency in SFDX, Git, GitHub Actions CI/CD, PMD, Jira, and Confluence.

- Exposure to AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and SQS.

- Excellent communication, technical leadership, and client - facing skills.

- Ability to overlap with US Pacific working hours for at least four hours daily.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
