About the role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Analytics Intern to join our Business team. Your mission will be to learn and assist our analysts in transforming data into insights, supporting areas such as Marketing, Credit, and Collections. We are seeking someone passionate about data, eager to learn and develop skills in SQL, Excel, and Python, while collaborating with different teams to generate real business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building queries and routine analyses to answer business questions and support the team in areas such as Marketing, Collections, and Credit.
• Support the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports, ensuring they are clear and up-to-date.
• Help document processes, code, and analyses to facilitate teamwork.
• Shadow senior analysts and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to understand metrics and business goals.
• Explore and learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies under the mentorship of our senior team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related fields  
• Basic knowledge or strong academic interest in Python or R.
• Curiosity and familiarity with statistics concepts.
• Eagerness to learn databases (SQL) and data manipulation.
• Intermediate to Advanced English.
• Proactivity, organization, and a strong eagerness to learn.
