岗位职责
- 负责生产设备、公用工程设备、技改项目、机电安装工程采购全流程执行，包含需求对接、供应商寻源、比价、招标、商务谈判、合同跟进。
- 对接工程、设备部门梳理项目需求，开展供方技术交流，明确供货范围、施工边界及验收标准。
- 开发维护设备厂商、机电安装服务商资源，组织商务谈判，管控采购成本、交付周期、质保及风险条款。
- 跟进设备制造、发货、现场安装调试、竣工验收，协调解决项目变更、供货及施工履约问题。
- 建立项目采购台账，跟踪capex预算执行，协同财务、法务确保采购合规落地; 协助流程标准化建设。
任职要求
- 本科及以上，生物医药、工程管理、土木工程、供应链等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上固定资产采购实操经验，熟悉生产设备、技改、机电安装项目采购; 有发酵、酶制剂、生物医药行业经验者优先。
- 能读懂设备技术规格、工程清单，具备独立跟进百万级固定资产项目经验，熟悉招投标与工程采购商务风险。
- 良好商务谈判、跨部门协调与项目跟进能力，细心严谨，恪守采购职业道德，可多项目并行推进。
