岗位职责:

  • 营销服务采购：协助中国及海外市场营销、会务、礼品及其他相关营销采购服务的寻源、询比价、商务及合同谈判，采购履行监督等供应商管理工作;
  • 物流服务采购：协助中国及海外物流等相关采购服务的寻源、询比价、商务及合同谈判，采购履行监督等供应商管理工作;
  • 控制该品类成本与交期，达成公司目标;
  • 及时协调解决需求部门的询价、质量解决等问题;
  • 开发采购渠道，持续改进工作，确保采购解决方案满足相关客户需求;
  • 供应商管理，不断提高供应商的绩效，优化采购渠道，解决质量问题;
  • 协调并配合公司内部客户，与供应商及内部客户建立有效的沟通并解决日常问题

任职资格：

  • 学历/专业要求：大学本科及以上; 英语、供应链物流等相关专业
  • 经验要求：3年以上间接采购经验; 优先考虑服务采购;
  • 语言要求：CET-4及以上，英语可作为工作语言;
  • 能力要求：有良好的沟通能力、谈判能力及成本控制意识;
  • 知识要求：熟悉采购全流程，特别是招标、谈判、合同管理环节; 了解海外服务市场特点，熟悉行政、人事、市场营销等领域采购供应商生态。
