Senior Auditor, Nursing

Job Description:

• Lead audits of complex cases and high-risk claims
• Review escalated audit findings and provide expert guidance
• Mentor and train junior nursing auditors
• Collaborate with compliance and revenue cycle leadership on audit strategies
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to senior management
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements to reduce risk
• Enhance revenue cycle performance by identifying systemic issues and recommending improvements
• Ensure compliance with clinical and financial standards

Requirements:

• Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States
• Applications generated from outside the United States will not be considered
• Nursing auditing experience and clinical knowledge are required for the role
• Ability to lead complex audits and high-risk claim reviews
• Ability to review escalated audit findings and provide expert guidance
• Ability to mentor and train junior nursing auditors
• Ability to collaborate with compliance and revenue cycle leadership
• Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to senior management
