Technical Services & Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor service performance, project deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Review technical solutions, architecture designs and vendor proposals to ensure alignment with enterprise IT infrastructure and security requirements.
• Provide technical recommendations and support decision-making on IT solutions and service improvements.
• Coordinate major incident and problem management, including reviewing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and tracking remediation actions.
• Manage vendor performance and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies, IM8 and cybersecurity requirements.
• Prepare service performance reports, facilitate governance meetings and maintain relevant operational documentation.
• Support technical project coordination and ensure timely resolution of service delivery issues.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in IT service delivery, technical service management, project management or IT infrastructure operations.
• Experience managing vendors, managed service providers or outsourced IT services.
• Good technical knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, applications and cybersecurity.
• Ability to review and assess technical solutions, architecture designs and implementation approaches.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, change and service-level management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage operational priorities effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2 or cloud/solution architecture certifications would be advantageous.
