Your Impact
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of premium customers and delivering a personalised, engaging and high-quality experience across every interaction.
You’ll connect with customers through phone, email and SMS, while also hosting and attending sporting, racing and hospitality events. Your ability to communicate confidently, build trust and understand customer needs will be key to your success.
You’ll use customer insights, relationship management skills and a strong understanding of our products to create meaningful experiences that support customer loyalty, satisfaction and lifetime value.
This is a Tuesday-to-Saturday role, reflecting the seven-day nature of our operations. Flexibility will also be required to support hosted events, including evening and weekend activities.
A Day in the Life
- Build genuine, long-term relationships through personalised one-on-one communication.
- Use customer insights and profiling information to tailor communications, promotions, hospitality and event experiences.
- Host and attend customer events, sporting events, racing events and hospitality activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and external partners, including race clubs, sporting venues, pubs and clubs.
- Ensure all customer interactions and account management activities are compliant with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
- Your Strengths At least three years’ experience in customer relationship management, account management, hospitality, premium client services or a similar role.
- The ability to work Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility for hosted events.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer priorities.
- A genuine passion for and strong interest in sports and racing, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and speak knowledgeably about the events, teams and competitions they follow.
- Experience hosting or attending customer, sporting, racing or hospitality events.
