As a product manager, you will lead your squad to build the product strategies and plans in consideration of our OKRs. Working collaboratively with teams to define and prioritize work and provide our players with outstanding experiences. You bring an understanding of users' needs, can identify opportunities, refine your roadmap, and collaborate across design, engineering, and data. The Ad-Tech and Affiliate subdomain sits within our Player Experience pillar, where we focus on growing measurable engagement and revenue through advanced tracking, attribution, and partner network optimization. Our goal is to deliver seamless, personalized experiences that encourage customers to interact, convert, and remain engaged while maintaining responsible and privacy-conscious practices.
Responsibilities:
- Be a primary lead for the product, partnering with engineering and design to deliver a world-class product, ensuring quality and product delivery.
- Collaborate with business/commercial partners to shape the future roadmap and see through execution from concept to delivery.
- Define the product backlog using Agile methodologies
- Establish and promote a culture of customer closeness, always evaluating insights and taking an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
- Ensure accurate and formal product documentation, including clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with engineering and design
- Promote product metrics that demonstrate impact for our customers and our business.
- Consider challenges and evaluate requirements with leaders from multiple departments, including marketing, compliance, commercial, and legal.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with ad tech, attribution, and conversion tracking, including platform-specific nuances across paid social channels such as Meta Platforms Ads, Snap Inc. Ads, and more.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and networks and paid social ecosystems (Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok), with a focus on performance measurement and optimization.
- Experience with server-side tracking, postbacks, and offline conversions, including some experience in GTM server-side migrations and Meta Conversion API (CAPI) implementations.
- Experience with client-side tracking using Google Tag Manager, including tag implementation, event configuration, and debugging across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of privacy, consent, and platform limitations (ITP, ATT, cookieless), including their impact on mobile and paid social attribution.
- Comfortable reconciling and debugging data discrepancies across platforms, including between ad platforms (Meta, Snapchat) and MMPs such as AppsFlyer.
- Stakeholder management across marketing, engineering, and product teams in aligning tracking and attribution across web and app environments.
- Data-literate, able to work with event-based reporting across web and app ecosystems, including SDK-based event tracking.
- Some experience migrating or modernizing tracking infrastructure, including mobile measurement partner (MMP) integrations (e. g., AppsFlyer) and app event schema design.
- Clear decision-making in revenue-critical situations with an understanding of attribution trade-offs and platform reporting limitations.
- Experience with mobile app attribution, including AppsFlyer setup, event mapping, partner integrations, and attribution model interpretation (e. g., SKAdNetwork, deterministic vs. probabilistic).
- We prefer prior experience in the sportsbook and casino domains, with an understanding of regulated gaming environments that we regulate.
