Finance Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role is ideal for candidates with 3-8 months of experience who are looking to build practical exposure in accounting, payroll, compliance, and financial reporting while working closely with the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily bookkeeping and accounting activities
• Support bank reconciliation and routine banking operations
• Maintain financial documentation and ensure records are updated accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for finance-related activities
• Assist in data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance processes
• Familiarity with payroll concepts and compliance processes
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Zoho Books, Tally, or any ERP/accounting software

Internship or prior experience in finance/accounting operations
