Electronics Test Technician

Join an R&D engineering team to test and verify next-generation, high-performance Ethernet switching systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware testing, including temperature, voltage, BER, Ethernet compliance and network stress testing.
• Conduct copper, optical, RJ45 and transceiver testing.
• Set up and operate laboratory testing equipment.
• Perform PCB/PCA fine-component rework and soldering.
• Troubleshoot hardware and testing issues.
• Compile test results and work closely with design engineers.
• Ensure testing activities meet project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of PCB/PCA rework and soldering.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and electronics testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Tera Term or test automation scripts.
• Familiarity with networking and Ethernet technologies is an advantage.
• Independent, detail-oriented and a good team player.
