UX Designer

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

• You analyse customer and business requirements to understand the underlying intent

• You design web, app and software interfaces and support the Developers turning it into code together with Product Owners you prepare user stories to support iterative delivery of the product

• You facilitate and lead exploration and design thinking workshops/discussions with the Client that unearth user pain points, generate ideas and content for solutions

• You are part of a highly motivated team and work on international projects with impact on the energy industry

• You actively participate on team decisions and drive change

• You conduct user research and interviews and turn insights into user journeys and UI design. Experience with advanced design systems a plus

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• A design or UX degree and at least 4-5 years job experience as a UX designer or art director in an agency

• You master UX design tools such as Figma and you have first experience with design AI tools and vibe coding

• Significant experience in using state-of-the-art UX design principles to create solutions for all devices with a deep understanding of user centered-design, mobile-first and responsive design

• You are familiar with atomic design principles, design systems, pattern libraries, grids and cascading style sheets

• Solid grasp of UX research, such as planning and conducting user research & user testing, A/B testing, and solving usability- and accessibility concerns

• You organise your design files like a pro, have experience in managing design assets and in preparing them for handover to developers

• Demonstrated experience at working successfully with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered webs, apps, portals and software

• Openness to contradictory opinions and flexible in your thinking. You are open to explore and share new design tools and methods.

• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritizations, and influencing skills so you can stand-up and rationalize your design decisions

• Ability to work with stakeholders to understand complex requirements and design complete user experiences

• Ability to work and communicate effectively in an international, distributed team setting

• Business fluent in English
