Python Trainee

We're looking for participants to join our Python Engineering Program in Poland in a remote studying mode. This free, expert-led training program is designed to help you advance your Python skills to industry standards and explore emerging tools.

The program will last approximately 3 months and requires up to 20 hours of weekly engagement. After completing the program, top-performing participants may be invited to continue their learning journey, based on skills, performance and available opportunities at EPAM.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned training modules and practical exercises
• Apply learned concepts in real-world scenarios through hands-on tasks
• Engage in self-study to reinforce training content and fill knowledge gaps
• Participate in mentor-led sessions and group discussions
• Demonstrate acquired skills through assessments and project work
• Stay committed to the schedule while maintaining regular attendance
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to foster a shared learning environment

Requirements

• English level: B2 or higher
• Proficiency in Python Core, a basic understanding of algorithms, data structures and databases
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

• Experience in software development (any language)
