Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in rapid prototyping or forward-deployed roles
- Strong proficiency in AI-native application development, including code generation and agentic coding assistants
- Expertise in rapid prototyping using Python
- Solid understanding of application and API design principles for new features
- Excellent client-facing technical communication skills
- Familiarity with Anthropic Claude or AWS AI Practitioner
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client business and product owners to scope new application features and create rapid prototypes
- Use AI natively throughout development, including code generation, automated testing, and iterative build
- Build, refine, and deliver functional prototypes with a focus on short feedback loops
- Prepare validated prototypes for transfer into standard build processes with engineering teams
- Evaluate and confirm technical feasibility of new application features adopting AI-native approaches
- Act as a primary technical contact for client teams during early-stage development phases
- Contribute AI-native engineering practices and reusable patterns to internal teams
