Senior Support Consultant - SAP HR PY

Job Description:

• Configure, maintain and enhance the SAP HCM - Payroll (PY) module at our clients
• Create and adjust schemas, rules (PCRs), tables and payroll events
• Perform impact analyses, integrated testing and user acceptance
• Handle and correct eSocial inconsistencies (periodic and non-periodic)
• Provide support for payroll closings: monthly payroll, vacation pay, 13th-month pay, terminations and statutory charges
• Develop and validate functional specifications for improvements and integrations
• Support integrations with FI/CO, Time Management, SuccessFactors/Employee Central and other related modules
• Participate in improvement projects within AMS Support
• Document processes and provide support to clients' HR and IT teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP HCM - Payroll Brazil (PY) - minimum 10 years
• Strong knowledge of schemas, rules (PCRs), Process Model and clusters
• Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and payroll taxes/social charges
• Experience with testing, validations and operational support
• SAP HCM certification
• Plus: experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• Participation in S/4HANA projects and/or support
• Experience in environments with a high number of employees and complex payroll processes
• Knowledge of demand management tools (e.g., Multidados, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Practical experience with eSocial (monitoring and correcting errors)
• Ability to read and interpret ABAP code
