The Role

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Creative to join our newly built Forward Deployed team in Stockholm. This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of creative craft, technical build, and customer success. You'll sit next to sales as a technical-creative partner: winning trust in pre-sales, leading onboarding, and turning new accounts into teams that love the product.

You'll work closely with sales and product every day, helping new clients get real value from what you build together. We're looking for someone with strong creative instincts, enough technical range to build quickly without leaning on engineering, and a natural way of becoming the person a client asks for by name.

As one of our first Forward Deployed Engineers, you’ll also help define the function - from its engineering standards and ways of working to how it collaborates with customers and our core product teams.

Your key responsibilities include

• Creative & Technical Craft

  • Create and refine visual and video work yourself, with a level of craft that makes prospective customers fall in love with our product.

  • Become an expert in Plenty Labs fast and help us make it an even better tool for creative professionals, by constantly sharing your feedback.

  Customer Success

  • Lead live demos and client conversations with ease, turning skeptics into believers and believers into customers who are obsessed with our product.

  • Champion adoption from the inside, finding the people who'll carry the work forward and staying close enough to see how it's really being used - because that closeness is what keeps customers in love with the product.

  Commercial

  • Stay obsessively attuned to what clients need next, and bring those opportunities to sales at the right moment.

  • Build trust by being upfront about what's realistic, rather than promising more to win favor - because customers fall in love with products built by people who tell them the truth.

Requirements

You bring a strong background working at the intersection of creative craft and technology, with experience working with enterprise clients. You might have grown up in an agency, a studio or a production house as a designer, motion artist, filmmaker, editor or else. Or you might be a designer turned AI-native, or a creative technologist who thrives in client-facing roles. Whatever your path, you care deeply about creative execution, and today you’re creating and building in the creative AI space. The exact background matters less than how you work.

• You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Your work has reached enterprise users and you can show it to us - particularly visual, video, digital, or advertising work produced with quality creative AI tools.

  • You can move from an idea to a finished creative output without needing someone else to make every step happen.

  • Communicate naturally with enterprise customers, creative and technical teams.

  • Are deeply customer-obsessed, with a passion for helping clients truly understand our product and completely fall in love with what it does.

  • Are commercially aware and curious about why a customer needs something, not just what they’re asking for.

  • Take ownership, move quickly, and are comfortable figuring things out when there isn’t an established playbook.
